   Heat the oven to 200°C. Roast the tomatoes, onion and garlic with olive oil for 30 minutes until caramelised.

   Transfer everything to your Vault Casserole, add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.

   Blend until smooth, then season to taste.

   Stir through a splash of cream, top with basil and serve.
