At Iron Crown, every order comes with a 90-day return promise. Use it for up to 90 days from the day it arrives. If it's not the best cookware you own, send it back for a full refund and return shipping is on us.

How to return: email info@ironcrown-cookware.com with your order number and we'll send your return instructions. Items must come back unused and in their original packaging. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method in full within 14 days.

Return shipping: it's free. We cover the cost of sending it back within the 90 days.

Damaged or wrong item: please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights: EU customers also have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal under EU consumer law. Our 90-day promise sits on top of that and never reduces your statutory rights.
