Cost: free shipping on all EU orders.

Processing & delivery: orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated EU delivery is 7-10 business days.

Tracking: you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Customs & duties: orders ship within the EU single market - no extra customs fees or import duties for EU deliveries. VAT is included in the price.

Undeliverable orders: if a parcel can't be delivered due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we may charge the cost of reshipping.
